What is ELECSA?

Independent certification is required by the Government as evidence that a company is competent to undertake electrical work. A recent change in the law has meant that for many electrical jobs, an electrician has to be registered as a ‘competent person’ to self-certify their own work. ELECSA has been created to provide a certification scheme for tradesman carrying out domestic installation work.
